Child abortion

A mother has filed a case asking permission to abort her child as it was found to be handicapped in the womb. The mother claims that the child instead of suffering by coming to this world let it die in the womb itself. But the court has told the desperate mother that they will check the law and tell whether the baby can be aborted.
