Freebies under scanner

Another trouble has come to TN govt. from the Supreme Court as the court said that the freebies given by the govt. will be scanned. DMK govt. promised to give free colour TV and a LPG stove to all the people in TN if DMK comes to power. A petition was filed in Supreme court and the court has said that the freebies will be scanned properly.
